Our 10th anniversary event with New Ground’s architects
Celebrating 10 years of living at New Ground, hosted by Pollard Thomas Edwards, the architects who collaborated with us on the design of our award-winning building development. Held at their canal-side offices in Islington on September 10th 2026.
Following a screening of Louisa Rechenbach’s short film about New Ground, currently doing the rounds in film festivals worldwide, https://www.newgroundcohousing.uk/news-articles/film-festival-screenings-upcoming-autumn-2026, PTE’s Patrick Devlin chaired a panel comprising New Ground residents, housing professionals and fellow UK co-housers. In the atrium, art work by two New Ground residents was on display. Drawings of fellow NG residents by Hilary Vernon-Smith (also on the panel) and ceramics/glassware by Ann Beatty. Many other residents and NRMs (non-resident members) were also in attendance.
