Introduction to Journaling with Ann Beatty

Unlock the power of your thoughts with our introductory journaling workshop. 

Designed for complete beginners,  (experienced journallers are very welcome too) this relaxed and welcoming session will guide you through simple techniques, creative prompts, and ideas for daily practice to boost wellness, clarity and spark self-discovery. 

No writing experience is required, just an open mind and a notebook to start your personal reflection journey.

Festive Quiz in aid of Cherry Lodge Cancer Care

Quizmaster and Friend of New Ground Jem Silverstone will again be challenging our brain cells.  Make up a team of six table or feel free just to come along and join a table.  

Festive attire very welcome but not obligatory
