Our exciting cohousing project is close to starting construction, and we are looking to fill our final vacancies. We still have a few 2-bed flats and 3-bed houses available for reservation. Early buyers receive a 2% discount on the purchase price, so it really is a case of ‘jump in now or you’ll miss out!’

People-wise, we already have a large and friendly group of ‘future residents’. You’re welcome to chat with us online or we can meet in person and show you around our lovely city. Moving to a new place (if you don’t already live in Norwich) can be daunting, but several of us have done that already, and cohousing is the ideal framework for helping you settle in to a new location.
